Tanya and the entire Seay Group is awesome. They have sold 2 home with an average contract time of 2 weeks. They understand the market, they make sure you are getting the right information, and guide you through the whole process. Tanya is great at holding the accountability of the other party and saved us thousands when they did not follow through. I watched my neighbors use other realty groups but my house was the one that sold and they couldn't after months on the market. To me it is a simple choice!!
